Some work package attributes should have a tooltip to access some functions:

**Logged time**

- Show all time entries
- Log time on this work package

**Version**

- Show version details view
- Add version

**Person**

- Show user profile
- Invite user

When hovering above the cell the tooltips appear above the cell.
