Currently the icons in the menu items have 9px padding from left. The <a> tag has also 10px padding from both sides. This leads to different paddings in the menu-items (see attached screenshot with red arrows).
I would suggest to remove the left padding from the icons and increase the <a> tag padding (left and right) to 15px.
**Important Note: Please pay attention that the icon-padding should only removed in the header menu not for the whole application.**
