**Steps to reproduce:**
1\. Go to https://community.openproject.com/projects/openproject/activity
**Actual Behavior**
Some activitys are shown twice
**Expected Behavior**
There should be a single entry for every change
This bug exists since a long time and i dont know if this is as designed, but in my option this could be a bug.
