**Steps to reproduce:**
1\. Login as admin and open the Announcment Settings
2\. Edit the announcement
3\. save
**Actual Behavior**
A message box <s>which is not green</s> with success message will be displayed
**Expected Behavior**
the message box should be green and not white/transparent
