Some work package attributes should have a tooltip to access some functions:

**Logged time**

- Show all time entries
- Log time on this work package

**Version**

- Show version details view
- Add version
- Remove version

**Assignee/Responsible**

- Show user profile
- Invite user
- Remove user

When hovering above the cell the tooltips appear above the cell. Begin of the insertion
