The name of the given ticket contains a newline (CR LF) at the end:
1. the API returns this CR LF along with the ticket name
2. It is not possible for a user to see/edit/enter this via the web-interface
IMHO this means that returning the CR LF via API is a bug, because it is inconsistent with the web-interface.
