**Preconditions**
- Default language on instance has been changed to non-English (e.g. German).
- New user has been invited to instance.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. New user follows invitation link, sets up account and logs into instance.
2. Follow link.
**Actual behavior**
- Instance is in default language but welcome message is in English (not shown as translation in CrowdIn).
- When hovering over link the mouse cursor does not change (unclear that clickable). In addition, it would be better if “account settings” was the link, not just “settings”.
**Expected behavior**
- Welcome message is in target language. Link is on “account settings” and mouse cursor changes on hover.
