**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- User has permission to add watchers.
- User does not have permission to remove watchers (he can only remove himself as watcher (see \#23511)).
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open work package (split / full screen).
2. Go to watchers tab.
3. Add watcher (not yourself).
4. Hover over remove icon and click to remove watcher.
**Actual behavior**
- Remove watcher icon is displayed for other users even though user does not have permission to remove watchers.
- When clicking on remove icon error message is shown in console.
**Expected behavior**
- Remove watcher is not shown (only for own user).
