When I save a work package with an attachment without changing anything, the attachments appears as attached in the work package journal.
### Precondition
Migrated work package (former issue) with no initial attachment entry in journal. that has not been saved.
### Reproduction
1. Go to a work package described in the precodition
2. Click **Edit** but don’t change anything
3. Save the work package
### Behavior
**Expected:** No change is displayed
**Actual:** The attachment appears as attached in the work package journal
### Details
The attachment appears as *attached* because the attachable journals do not contain any information about that attachment. Those information need to be inserted during the migration.
