**Actual behavior**

- When a work package which has a target version assigned is moved from one project to a different one, the target version assigned to the work package is lost.

**Expected behavior**

- The target version should be kept even if the backlogs module is not activated in the project where the work package is copied to.

**Precondition**

- Work package exists which has a target version assigned.

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Go to a project which contains work packages with assigned versions.
2. Begin of the insertionMoveEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion CopyEnd of the deletion the work package to a different Begin of the insertionprojectEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion ProjectEnd of the deletion (which does not contain any version).
3. The versions assigned to a work package are lost.
