**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- User has permission to “Manage subtasks”, but not to “Edit work package”.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open work package.
2. Open “Parent” section, select a work package and click “Change parent”.
**Actual behavior**
- Nothing happens and error in JS console.
**Expected behavior**
- Either “Manage subtasks” includes changing the parent -\> then the parent should be changeable without error.
OR
- “Manage subtasks” does not include changing parent -\> then it should not be possible to select a work package for the parent.
