When I migrate timelines which have no restrictions regarding the planning element type, I get a timeline without the ‘none’ type after migration.
### Reproduction
1. Migrate database with timeline that does not filter by planning element type
2. Open this timeline after migration
### Behavior
**Expected:** All former planning element types are shown in timeline
**Actual:** Former planning element types without planning element type are not shown
