Bug OP-2826: Work packages with required custom field of type "Long text" cannot be edited / created

**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Required custom field of type “Long text” exists is assigned to work package type.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Edit work package (with required custom field of type “Long text”) inline (work package list).
**Actual behavior**
- Error message is shown that required custom field must be set. However, the custom field is not shown as column.
- The user needs to open the work package in split screen or full screen and set the value. -\> Quite unclear for new users.
**Expected behavior**
- Either custom field of type “Long text” is shown in work package list or split screen is opened with focused custom field (?)
- Up for discussion.
