- Forum exists.

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Create new post or reply to a post and reference a work package with \#\#ID and \#\#\#ID.
2. Check the email notification.

**Actual behavior**

- Link to work package referenced by \#\#ID is not functional in email.
- Work package referenced by \#\#\#ID is not rendered in desired format.

**Expected behavior**

- Link works correctly and rendering is correct.
