Users may have the problem that they reacted too late to an invitation meaning they can’t activate their account as the token expired. Also it may be the case that the email was not received for some reason.
This is why it must be possible to resend invitation emails.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- There is a ‘Resend invitation’ button in the edit user view
- only admins are allowed to see and use it
- upon using it the invitation token is refreshed and a new email sent out to the user
