The context menu does not work in work package list.
### Reproduction
1. Go to https://preview.openproject.org and open for instance project **openproject**’s [work package list](https://preview.openproject.org/projects/openproject/work_packages)
2. Right click of one of the listed tickets
### Behavior
**Expected:** Context menu opens
**Actual:** Something loads but no context menu appears
