**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- No custom field is activated in a project.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to work package list.
2. Open create WP form.
3. Select “Show all”.
**Actual behavior**
- Section “Other” is shown even though it has no attributes.
**Expected behavior**
- Section is not shown (only when there is at least one attribute shown).
