**As** a Project Admin (or a user with specific role/rights (see \#1954))
**I want to** copy members into a new project
**so that** I save time.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- If the impermanent membership plugin is installed the durations should be copied too.
- If the option is not selected, no member (not even the person copying the project) should be added to the copied project.
