**I want to** be able to give a role the right to copy a project
**so that** a new project can be created without having to assign Administration rights to this person.

**Additional information:** With the current functionality of copying a project (‘Modules’ \> ‘Administration’ \> ‘Copy’ (next to project)) an Administrator can copy any project. By assigning a new right to a role, e.g. Project Admins, a Project Admin can create additional copies of the project he’s managing.
