In timelines edit dialog, when I select a type with a special character it is double escaped.
### Reproduction
1. Go to **Timelines**
2. Edit an existing or create a new time
3. Go to **Filter project**
4. Select a type with a special character (create one beforehand if such a type does not exist)
### Behavior
**Expected**: The special characters are displayed without html escapes
**Actual**: Special character is escaped
