Begin of the insertionFor some reason a unused form helper was introduced in https://github.com/opf/openproject/commit/21fd0465ce9682d44a9d9c495e477694b395820d

Along with this some general behaviour was changed and thus labels are being rendered twice for custom fields.End of the insertion
