In user administration, I cannot add a user to several projects.
### Reproduction
1. Go to **Administration** \> **User**
2. Select any user (create a new one if no user exists)
3. Go to the **Projects** tab
4. Add user to a project
5. Add user to another project
### Behavior
**Expected**: Two entries for the different projects
**Actual**: Only the last selected project is visible
