**Precondition**
- User has limited permissions (e.g. is Anonymous)
- Work package module activated and work packages exist.
**Reproduce**
1. Open wp context menu.
**Actual**
- Empty work package context menu displayed.
**Expected**
- Entry “Open work package” (or similar) displayed which opens the work package in full screen mode.
