**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Costs module activated.
- Work packages with assigned budget exist.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Copy project and select option to copy work packages.
2. Take a look at the work packages in the newly copied project.
**Actual behavior**
- Work packages in the original project which had a budget assigned are not copied to the new project.
**Expected behavior**
- 2 options:
- 1\) Do not copy work packages which have a budget assigned (budgets cannot be copied) but provide a notification / warning message that not all work packages could be copied.
- 2\) Do copy the work packages without budgets.
- 3\) Copy budgets

- OpenProject 5.0.0
- Work package module activated.
