To get rid of the duplicate "op"
* ask Oliver (or someone with the correct rights) to create the NPM package on NPM using OpenProject's credentials
* change the package.json to the new name
* review other places where we explicitly name op-blocknote-extensions
Nice to have:
* rename folder `extensions/op-blocknote-extensions` to `extensions/blocknote-extensions` (don't rename the hocuspocus folder. We will get rid of this when we switch to yHub)
Ensure:
* Change archiving message in the old op-blocknote-extensions repo to point to the right NPM package (without "op") yhub)
