### What is the buggy behavior?

* For any navigation/reload/rerender the `/api/v3/time_entries?filters=[{"ongoing":{"operator":"=","values":["t"]}}]` is called 1-4 times


### What is the expected behavior?

1. As the server knows the state while rendering the page, no Begin of the deletion or at least only 1End of the deletion call should be made Begin of the insertion(state is transported with the first HTML page request)End of the insertion
