**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Work package with long description exists.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open work package with long description.
2. Click to edit work package description.
3. Try to scroll to beginning of description.
**Actual behavior**
- Not possible to scroll via mouse / scroll bar.
- User needs to navigate through description via arrow keys.
**Expected behavior**
- Add scroll bar when height of content surpasses maximum height of text area.
