**I want to** have filters on the Projects > Versions page
**so that** I can quickly filter for open/locked/closed versions and search by name
**Acceptance criteria**
* On Project settings > Versions page
* Add a quick filter for text input searching by name
* Add a quick filter segmented control for status: open/locked/closed, defaulting to open.
