**As** a user looking at a work package
**I want to** quickly see in which documents it is linked
**so that** I can find related documents easily
**Acceptance criteria**
* There is a "Documents" tab for work packages (or we could reuse the existing "Relations" tab)
* This tab is only visible when
* the documents module is enabled in the project
* or there is a link to this work package in a document (e.g. a document of another project) (?)
* All documents which link to the work package are listed there
* The document is linked so the user can easily access it
* If the user is not allowed to see a document
* We only show the ID of the document
* The document is not linked
* Its possible to manually add documents (e.g. work package for writing a blog post -> link document with the draft)
