**I want to** manage work packages in the work packages list using drag & drop drag\&drop
**so that** making changes is much faster.
**Acceptance criteria**
- Moving an work package from one group to another changes the attribute.
- Invalid changes are indicated by colored drop zones (e.g. when grouped by author).
- Changing the position of a work package in a list using drag & drop (e.g. position of a user story in a sprint backlog).
- There is a drag & drop handle in front of the row.
