### Before filing a report
17.2.2 version
### **Steps to reproduce**
1. Log in as a System Administrator or a Project Administrator.
2. Navigate to **Administration → Users and permissions → Users** or open a project's **Members** page.
3. Observe the member **Status** filter (e.g., All, Active, Registered, etc.).
4. Compare the counts displayed in the filter with the actual number of users in the database or project.
5. Select **Active** from the filter and compare the displayed members with the expected active members.
### **Buggy behavior**
The member status filter does not work correctly.
* The user counts displayed in the **Status** filter do not match the actual number of users.
* Filtering by **Active** does not display all active users/members.
* The issue is observed on the **global Users list** (Administration → Users) as well as on **project Member lists**.
* The problem is more noticeable in projects with a large number of members.
### **Expected behavior**
* The counts displayed in the **Status** filter should accurately reflect the number of users for each status.
* Selecting a status (e.g., **Active**) should display all users belonging to that status.
* The behavior should be consistent across both the global Users list and project Member lists lists.
### **Additional information**
**We have 3 env Prod INT(test) and dev(developer)**
* The issue was observed on the **Production** environment.
* On **INT**, the behavior appears correct based on limited testing, although no large projects were available for thorough verification.
* The discrepancy seems to occur primarily in environments or projects with a large number of users/members.
