**As** an instance administrators
**I want to** have an overview of some properties of the user
**so that** I can quickly filter a population of users to take administrative decision
**Acceptance criteria**
* When in Administration > Users and permissions > Users, the following user properties can both be filtered and be displayed:
* Authentication source (multi list from available authentication mechanisms ("internal", "Google Auth", etc)
* 2FA enabled? (boolean)
* Time zone (string)
* if set displays the user selected time zone
* if not set displays the default time zone set for the whole instance. Display it in muted color like "Default (Europe/Paris)"
* Language (string)
* if set displays the user selected language
* if not set displays the default language for the whole instance. Display it in muted color like "Default (German)"
* All 4 work schedule attributes:
* work days (list)
* work hours (duration)
* availability factor (percentage)
* effective work hours (duration)
* Global roles (list)
**Technical notes**
* <br>
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* _To whom is this feature visible?_
* Users having access to administration users list
* _When is it not visible?_
**Translation considerations**
* _Key terms and phrases in the key languages_ languages_
**Out of scope**
* These would be useful for a better user management, but is out of scope:
* Saving users list views
* Bulk actions on filtered users
* Editing directly in the users list (like for work packages list)
* Export list of filtered users to spreadsheet or other format, which could be useful for allowing admins to do processing we do not support yet.
_Set the_ **To be informed/consulted teams** _field to include all teams necessary to be informed of the changes._
