### Steps to reproduce

1. Login and open or create a new work package but leave certain fields empty, such as Budget

2. Save and look at the work package page


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Empty fields such as Budget Begin of the insertionhaveEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion hasEnd of the deletion clear button. Once tapped, it disappears and we get a successful update message.

1. Clear button should not show when there are no values
