**I want to** record the versions in which a work package can be observed in (e.g. bug tickets)
**so that** I can tell which versions that work package affects

**Acceptance criteria**

* Work packages have a new multi value field called Observed In Versions

* Observed in versions field allow the same set of versions as Target Versions for a given work package Begin of the deletion (?)End of the deletion

* The field is enabled by default for Bug types

* The field can be enabled in any type


**Technical notes**

* This feature uses the same table as Target Begin of the insertionVersions.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion VersionsEnd of the deletion The data model is already setup in OpenProject

* Most subsystems do not need to be Begin of the insertionadapted (if any),End of the insertion Begin of the deletion adapted,End of the deletion as they rely on Target Versions instead

* Can only be edited when the user has the ability to assign versions (assign\_versions permission)
