- Core 3.0.0pre21.
### Preconditions
### Reproduction
1. Go to admin-panel.
2. Go to workpackage statuses.
3. Select the status which is default.
4. Uncheck default.
### Expected
Either the default is automatically set or there is no error without a default work package status.
### Actual
Several Errors 500 (e.g. Backlogs), when creating a work package, no status is available.
### Solution propositions
- Always have a default status or
- Make everything related to status stable concerning missing default values.
- Maybe do it the same as Work package priorities deals with it.
- Core 3.0.0pre21.
