### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a one time meeting and a meeting series 


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Draft state where user can make changes without triggering email updates is missing

* Once meetings are in draft state, user is not guided to open the meeting nor asked if they want to send emails to participants informing them of meeting creation


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. Draft meetings have an open meeting button Begin of the insertionin the three dots menuEnd of the insertion

2. Begin of the insertionOpening the meeting is also possible by tapping on the status "Draft" and chose "Open meeting" (only status transition possible at this point) from the bottom sheet opened

3. End of the insertion After user taps on Open meeting button, user is asked if they want to send an email to participants
