**As** an admin working on types
**I want to** work on the related workflow directly from the edit
**so that** I don't have to go to three different pages
**Acceptance criteria**
* Move the workflow definition to under the type
* To avoid nested types, we change the assignee and author tabs to a segmented control (cf. <mention class="mention" data-id="77229" data-type="work_package" data-text="##FND-146" data-display-id="FND-146">##FND-146</mention>)
* Default transitions
* User is author
* User is assignee
