**I want to** easily filter between different states of users (active, locked, registered, invited)
**so that** I can find users that I need to perform actions on
**Acceptance criteria**
* Ideas:
* Add a multi user select quick filter for different statuses
* Options
* Active (count)
* Invited (count)
* Registered (count)
* Locked (count) would that include "All (count)" as it did before primerization?
* If unselected, quick filter is greyed out as usual
* Add a multi select quick filter tabs for groups, listing all groups
different statuses
