### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a document with some content

2. Try to drag the content with the handle on the left (which BlockNote provides)

3. drag up and down without moving the cursor to the right


### What is the buggy behavior?

Dragging does not work (it only works over the editor itself). There is not enough space on the left side of the editor - also, BlockNote's "+" sign is cut off

### What is the expected behavior?

Dragging should work at least in the "lane" / "column" of the handle, maybe even more left.
There is enough space for for BlockNotes "+" sign, which appears on hover. Begin of the insertionI believe if we leave enough space, dragging will also get easier.End of the insertion
