# User Problem
## User
_What persona, persona segment, or customer type experiences the problem most acutely?_
* Product owner and managers
* Project members
## Problem
_What problem or job does the user have?_
* Project management is only as good as the data put into the system. Planning, reporting, and collaboration all depend on work packages being complete, well-structured, and understandable. But entering that data can be slow and effortful, so sometimes it doesn't happen.
* Users might have already unstructured input and need to bring it into a well-structured work package that follows the company template. The effort of structuring input is a barrier: the harder it is, the less and the worse the data that ends up in the system.
* Many users have to write descriptions in a language that is not their mother tongue. Formulating clear, correct text costs them extra time and the results are harder for others to work with.
* Writing quality varies strongly between authors. Incomplete or poorly structured work packages create rework for QA, developers, and reviewers.
## Pain
_What is the primary workaround that users perform that we could remove or replace? Why is it painful?_
* Users manually sort their notes into the template sections, then manually delete the italic instruction/filler text
* Users copy text into external AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to rephrase, then paste back which breaks the flow, loses formatting, and raises data privacy concerns.
* Reviewers correct grammar and structure by hand in follow-up edits instead of the author getting it right the first time.
* The most common "workaround" is silent: work packages get created with thin or empty descriptions, and the missing information is compensated later through meetings, chat questions, and rework.
# Business Case
##
## Solution
_How do we solve the user’s problem. What is our “pain killer”? What must we achieve in the first version of the solution in order to achieve value for the user?_
* An AI writing assistant embedded in ....
*
## Out of Scope for the work package editor that lowers the barrier to getting good data into the system: users can input a quick brain dump MVC
_What should NOT be in whatever form comes naturally, and the assistant handles structure minimal viable change, and formulation.
* The Assistant can be extended considered for future iterations? Why? Please order them by admins with their own functionality in form of prompts importance._
* ...
##
Differentiation
_What do you believe will differentiate us from the current experience or competitive experiences?_
* ...
## Next iteration
_What is the next solution that would allow us to release meaningful customer value quickly?_
* ...

# Launch and Growth
## Measures
_How will you know you solved the problem? Please list measurable, quantitative indicators (preferred) or qualitative ways you plan on assessing the solution?_
* ...
## Messaging
_If you were to write a press release, how would you describe the value to customers?_
