### Steps to reproduce
1. Have a notification in a wp
2. From the notifications page, click the notification to open the wp on the right side
3. Open the "Overview" tab
4. On the top, the project name is shown in a blue banner. Click it to open the project
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The project does not open.
* It closes the right pane but that's not what is expected
* It's not the only link not working: clicking the "0h" link of the "Spent time" field also closes the right pane without opening the link.
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Navigate to the project page (the actual link is shown in the status bar)

The tree hiding the forest. The split panel is shared, so this affects it everywhere it appears:
* Notifications
* Boards
* Backlogs
* Team planner
* Calendar
In-tab interactions (comments, reactions, filters, relations) are unaffected.

No logs in js console
