### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin user and have at least one other activated test user ready

2. Go to administration -&gt; Users and permissions -&gt; Users

3. Select the other _activated_ user

4. Select: Assign random password (sent to user via email) \[x\]

5. Save


### What is the buggy behavior?

* No e-mail is sent to the user


### What is the expected behavior?

<br>

1. A random new password is assigned

2. An email should have been sent to that user Begin of the insertion

1. Ideally, the email being sent out makes it easy to visually differentiate the password and select it

If you use the &#39;Send invitation&#39; button in the user profile to send a new invitation, and then try to assign a random password again (see the steps above), an email containing a new password will be sent out. This happens regardless of whether the invitation has been used or not.
