### Reproduction
1. Select an Issue.
2. Click More Function
3. Click Move
### Expected
The arrows in the dropdown menu should always be visible like this (1280x775)
### Actual
The arrows are cropped out when screen resolution is to low (1167x753).
This cropping stops at some point, i.e. making the screen smaller doesn’t affect the dropdown menu anymore. (960x766)
