**As** a project member
**I want to** see have the project lifecycle dates together with the milestones in one view visually represented
**so that** I don't have it is easier to duplicate understand compared to a list of dates
**Acceptance criteria**
* Have a gantt chart representing the project phases into lifecycle next to the Gantt table in the project lifecycle administration
* Allows changing the dates and by that duration of lifecycle elements (including project start/end date)
* After dragging, the chart is repainted.
* The automatic scheduling of the non manipulated lifecycle elements remains unchanged compared to ###59180.
* Have a gantt chart representing the project lifecycle as a widget in the project overview
* Is read-only: The user cannot use drag&drop mechanisms to change the dates.
* Replaces displaying the lifecycle steps in the overview page's sidebar.
* Is accessible so that the information can also be read by screen readers
* Links to the project lifecycle administration for modifications.
**Technical notes**
* The gantt chart of work packages is to be used.
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* Same as before, in order to access the project lifecycle administration, either of these permissions are required
* "Edit project stages and gates"
* "Select project stages and gates"
* Manipulating the dates via the gantt chart requires to have the "Edit project stages and gates" permission.
* Seeing the widget requires the "View project stages and gates" permission.
