**As** a user of documents with tiny work package links
**I want to** easily get more information about a linked work package
**so that** I know what it is about
**Acceptance criteria**
* Tiny work package links (xxs) get a preview on hover
* What would be a good interaction on mobile? Show it on tap, along with the options menu?
* The preview looks like the work package link card
**Technical notes**
* We should try to reuse code instead of adding new styles etc.
