### Steps to reproduce
1. Open a document which contains a work package link (inline or block) which you're not allowed to access
2. Click on the element
3. See no context menu for resizing
### What is the buggy behavior?
It should be possible to resize and delete the link work package cards where for which the user does not have permissions to see the details. There should be not link to "open" though. details
### What is the expected behavior?
For work package links (inline or card) with missing permissions, the context menu for resizing should be accessible and do it's job.
