### Steps to reproduce
1. Have a custom action that changes WP state (e.g. "Claim" custom action on Community)
2. Go to a WP, change something about it (e.g. description, or a custom field)
3. Use the custom action
### What is the buggy behavior?
Custom action fails due to conflict:
