**As an** OpenProject administrator
**I want to** be able to configure all new projects to receive an automatic repository of the type I choose
**So that** users of my instance do not have to bother with creating a repository on their own.
**Acceptance criteria**
- Two new settings are added to the global `repository` settings tab.
- Checkbox to enable automatic creation of managed repository
- Select field to select vendors eligible for managed types
