### Steps to reproduce
1. Set up `integration_openproject` with `OAuth` `Single Sign On (SSO)` where nextcloud\_hub or keycloak as IDP
2. Create a user in both `Nextcloud` as well as `OpenProject` and log in
3. Connect `Nextcloud` user Sign in to `OpenProject` user and vice-versa (`OpenProject` user to `Nextcloud` user). using the SSO button.
4. As an `OpenProject admin`, assign any of the `Demo Project` work packages to the created user.
5. Enable the `OpenProject widget` in `Nextcloud` for the created `Nextcloud` user
### What is the buggy behavior?
* `Nextcloud` user doesnot receive a notification regarding the assignment in `OpenProject widget` in `Nextcloud`
