### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user with permissions to manage meetings
2. Create a meeting which runs from 11:00 to 12:00 (1 hour)
### What is the buggy behavior?
* In Outlook the meeting is displayed as a 0-minute appointment at 12:00
#### Additional information provided:
The time zone is set correctly and this problem affects several users. The recurring meeting is displayed as 0 minutes instead of 60 minutes for all invited users, and it appears at the end time rather than the start time; see screenshot (the bottom event is from Open Project, the **top** event was created in Outlook, which is how it should actually be displayed). However, when a recurring meeting was cancelled, the appointment was displayed correctly again with the addition of ‘cancelled’.

### What is the expected behavior?
1. The meeting time and duration should be displayed in Outlook as specified in the meeting in OpenProject
